RAPD profiling of Bantam, White Leghorn and Bantamised White Leghorn birds
D.L. Pipalia,Chaitanya G. Joshi,K. Khanna,D. N. Rank,K. M. Thakkar,B. P. Brahmkshtri,J. V. Solanki +6 more
TL;DR: Out of 13 RAPD primers investigated, three were polymorphic on sex-wise pooled DNA samples, and the BG-1 amplified a sex (female) specific band in all three groups and the PLANTAGO-06 amplified fragments specific to BNT group.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mutational landscape of TRPC6, WT1, LMX1B, APOL1, PTPRO, PMM2, LAMB2 and WT1 genes associated with Steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome.
Jinal M. Thakor,Glory S. Parmar,Kinnari N. Mistry,Sishir Gang,Dharamshibhai N. Rank,Chaitanya G. Joshi +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the role of mutations in nephrotic syndrome prognosis was investigated using Illumina panel sequencing of seven genes in 90 Indian patients to determine the role that these genetic mutations played in the progression of the disease.
Journal ArticleDOI
Exploring the deleterious SNPs in XRCC4 gene using computational approach and studying their association with breast cancer in the population of West India.
Preety Kadian Singh,Kinnari N. Mistry,Haritha Chiramana,Dharamshi N. Rank,Chaitanya G. Joshi +4 more
TL;DR: This study first used computational approaches to predict the damaging variants of XRCC4 gene and predicted rs79561451 (S110P) nsSNP as the most deleterious SNP, which may influence the susceptibility of individuals to breast cancer in population of West India.
Journal Article
In vitro primary culturing of cells and explant tissue of Conus cumingii venom duct: Cytotoxicity assessment of their culture supernatant on HEK 293T
M. S. Viswanathan,Mootapally Chandra Shekar,Sabapathi Arularasan,Neelam M. Nathani,Sathishkumar Arumugam,Amrutlal K. Patel,Indra R. Gadhvi,Chaitanya G. Joshi +7 more
TL;DR: The culture supernatant from both the cell suspension and explant was treated with HEK 293T cells for determining its cytotoxic effects which revealed significant reduction of cell viability giving a prompt evidence for the successful conopetides production by the primary culture in the growth medium.
