Amino-Functionalized β-Cyclodextrin to Construct Green Metal-Organic Framework Materials for CO2 Capture.

TL;DR: NH2-β-CD-MOF is constructed for the first time through the amino-functionalization of the lowest-priced, readily available, and biocompatible β-CD and has outstanding selective adsorption of CO2/N2 and has the ability to be recycled.
Journal ArticleDOI

Green flame-retardant flexible polyurethane foam based on cyclodextrin

TL;DR: In this article, a post-modification method was developed to prepare inherent FR PU foam, which use β-CD as chain extender and introduce FR additive through a facile esterification between phosphoric acid and β -CD moiety in PU foams.
Journal ArticleDOI

Facile Fabrication of an AIE-Active Metal-Organic Framework for Sensitive Detection of Explosives in Liquid and Solid Phases.

TL;DR: The TPE@γ-CD-MOF-K complex designed and synthesized using the facile in situ encapsulation method showed stronger fluorescence emission than TPE and sensitive fluorescence quenching activities in response to nitro-aromatic compounds in the liquid phase with detection limits as low as 3 ppm.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cross-stacking aligned non-woven fabrics with automatic self-healing properties for electromagnetic interference shielding

TL;DR: In this paper, a self-healing EMI shielding fabric was fabricated by preparing aligned carbon nanotube-poly (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (CNT-PHEMA) nonwoven fabric through magnetic-field-assisted electrospinning and cross-stacking aligned fabric layers.
Journal ArticleDOI

β-Cyclodextrin based air filter for high-efficiency filtration of pollution sources.

TL;DR: This paper develops a kind of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) based air filter with high strength, which has not only high filtration efficiency but also good air permeability (the pressure drop is only 45Pa).
