Development of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for cyhalothrin.
TL;DR: The results from the present study indicated the potencies of this ELISA in cyhalothrin analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Multi-residue detection of benzodiazepines by ELISA based on class selective antibodies
TL;DR: In this article, a class selective enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed for the detection of benzodiazepines, such as nitrazepam, clonazepam and 7-aminonitrazetam, 7-amidoclonzepam.
Journal ArticleDOI
Carbon Deposition and Permeation on Nickel Surfaces in Operando Conditions: A Theoretical Study
Tingyu Lei,Tingyu Lei,Jiatian Mao,Jiatian Mao,Xingchen Liu,Amar Deep Pathak,Sharan Shetty,Alexander P. van Bavel,Lu Xie,Rui Gao,Pengju Ren,Dan Luo,Qingya Liu,Wei Ma,Chuanlai Xu,Xiaodong Wen +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the carbon deposition and permeation on nickel surfaces were investigated from thermodynamic and kinetic aspects by using density functional theory (DFT), ab initio atomic thermodynamics, and class...
Journal ArticleDOI
Development of a gold nanoparticle-based lateral flow immunoassay for the detection of pyridaben
TL;DR: In this article, a lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) was developed for detecting pyridaben in vegetables and fruits, which was comparable to other methods of detection such as indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ic-ELISA) and liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LCMS/MS).
Journal ArticleDOI
Single-cell transcriptomic analysis identifies an immune-prone population in erythroid precursors during human ontogenesis
Chuanlai Xu,Jian He,Hongtao Wang,Yingnan Zhang,Jing Wu,Lu Zhao,Yue Li,Jie Gao,Guangfeng Geng,Bingrui Wang,Xiaoyuan Chen,Zhaofeng Zheng,Biao Shen,Yang Zeng,Zhijie Bai,Hua Yang,Shujuan Shi,Fang Dong,Shihui Ma,E. Jiang,Tao Cheng,Yu Lan,Jiaxi Zhou,Bing Liu,Lihong Shi +24 more
TL;DR: Integrated, single-cell transcriptomic studies of erythroid cells from the human yolk sac, fetal liver, preterm umbilical cord blood, term UCB and adult bone marrow identified classical and immune subsets of ERYthroid precursors with divergent differentiation trajectories that possessed dual erystroid and immune regulatory networks and interacted more frequently with various innate and adaptive immune cells.
