Proceedings ArticleDOI

A Rapid Procedure for Spectral Similarity Matching of Heteronuclear Single Quantum Coherence Spectra

TL;DR: The new algorithm was found to be an order of magnitude faster in finding matched peaks, in comparison to the previously reported technique, which allows large number of peaks to be matched quickly, meaning that structures of high complexity can be compared across large structure databases.
Journal ArticleDOI

Therapeutic Implications for Routine Transthoracic Echocardiography in Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients

TL;DR: The claim that echocardiography is an essential test in all ischemic stroke patients including those in sinus rhythm needs to be supported by strong evidence for a benefit from therapy, namely prophylactic anticoagulation.
DatasetDOI

Turbo Spin Echo average 7T model

TL;DR: This data set contains a Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) model of the human brain in a slab acquired across the hippocampus that represents the ‘spin of the brain’.
Journal ArticleDOI

Field strength influences on gradient recalled echo MRI signal compartment frequency shifts.

TL;DR: This work used two popular quantitative susceptibility mapping methods of processing raw phase images and expressed values in the form of induced frequency shifts in six specific brain regions at 3T and 7T to find the frequency shift curves to vary with echo time and the temporal trends in the signal and compartment frequency shifts to change with the method used to process images.
