Journal ArticleDOI
Induction of CD8+ T-cell responses against novel glioma-associated antigen peptides and clinical activity by vaccinations with {alpha}-type 1 polarized dendritic cells and polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid stabilized by lysine and carboxymethylcellulose in patients with recurrent malignant glioma.
Hideho Okada,Pawel Kalinski,Ryo Ueda,Aki Hoji,Gary Kohanbash,Teresa E. Donegan,Arlan Mintz,Johnathan A. Engh,David L. Bartlett,Charles K. Brown,Herbert J. Zeh,Matthew P. Holtzman,Todd A. Reinhart,Theresa L. Whiteside,Lisa H. Butterfield,Ronald L. Hamilton,Douglas M. Potter,Ian F. Pollack,Andres M. Salazar,Frank S. Lieberman +19 more
TL;DR: These data support safety, immunogenicity, and preliminary clinical activity of poly-ICLC-boosted αDC1-based vaccines.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: Cytoreductive surgery and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the management of peritoneal surface malignancies of colonic origin : a consensus statement.
Journal ArticleDOI
250 Robotic Pancreatic Resections: Safety and Feasibility
Amer H. Zureikat,A. James Moser,Brian A. Boone,David L. Bartlett,Mazen S. Zenati,Herbert J. Zeh +5 more
TL;DR: Safety and feasibility metrics including the low incidence of conversion support the robustness of this platform and suggest no unanticipated risks inherent to this new technology.
Journal ArticleDOI
Robotic versus laparoscopic hepatectomy: a matched comparison.
Allan Tsung,David A. Geller,Daniel C. Sukato,Shirin Sabbaghian,Samer Tohme,Jennifer L. Steel,Wallis Marsh,Srinevas K. Reddy,David L. Bartlett +8 more
TL;DR: Although a greater proportion of robotic cases were completed in a totally minimally invasive manner, there were no significant benefits over laparoscopic techniques in operative outcomes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Robot-assisted minimally invasive distal pancreatectomy is superior to the laparoscopic technique.
Mustapha Daouadi,Amer H. Zureikat,Mazen S. Zenati,Haroon A. Choudry,A. Tsung,David L. Bartlett,Steven J. Hughes,Kenneth K.W. Lee,Arthur J. Moser,Herbert J. Zeh +9 more
TL;DR: RADPs were equivalent to LDPs in nearly all measures of outcome and safety but significantly reduced the risk of conversion to open resection, despite a statistically greater probability of malignancy in the robotic cohort, suggesting robotic assistance may broaden indications for minimally invasive pancreatectomy.
