Journal ArticleDOI
Gene-expression molecular subtyping of triple-negative breast cancer tumours: importance of immune response
Pascal Jézéquel,Delphine Loussouarn,Catherine Guérin-Charbonnel,Loïc Campion,Antoine Vanier,Wilfried Gouraud,Hamza Lasla,Catherine Guette,Isabelle Valo,Véronique Verriele,Mario Campone +10 more
TL;DR: It is shown that macrophages and other immune effectors offer a variety of therapeutic targets in breast cancer, and particularly in triple-negative basal-like tumours, and that CK5 antibody was better suited than CK5/6 antibody to subtype triple- negative patients.
Journal ArticleDOI
Prognostic value of O6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase status in glioblastoma patients, assessed by five different methods
Lucie Karayan-Tapon,Véronique Quillien,Joelle Guilhot,Michel Wager,Gaëlle Fromont,Stephan Saikali,Amandine Etcheverry,Abderrahmane Hamlat,Delphine Loussouarn,Loïc Campion,Loïc Campion,Mario Campone,François-Marie Vallette,François-Marie Vallette,Catherine Gratas-Rabbia-Ré,Catherine Gratas-Rabbia-Ré,Catherine Gratas-Rabbia-Ré +16 more
TL;DR: Results confirm the prognostic value of MGMT promoter methylation in glioblastoma patients initially treated with TMZ, with SQ-MSP allowed better discrimination than classical MSP, and pyrosequencing represented a good option.
Journal ArticleDOI
Disruption of Dnmt1/PCNA/UHRF1 Interactions Promotes Tumorigenesis from Human and Mice Glial Cells
Eric Hervouet,Lisenn Lalier,Lisenn Lalier,Emilie Debien,Emilie Debien,Mathilde Cheray,Mathilde Cheray,Audrey Geairon,Hélène Rogniaux,Delphine Loussouarn,S. Martin,François M. Vallette,François M. Vallette,Pierre-François Cartron,Pierre-François Cartron +14 more
TL;DR: The results reveal that the disruption of Dnmt1/PCNA/UHRF1 interactions acts as an oncogenic event and that one of its signatures is a molecular biomarker associated with a poor prognosis in GBM patients.
Journal ArticleDOI
Chitinase 3-like proteins as diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers of multiple sclerosis.
Geoffrey Hinsinger,Nathalie Galéotti,Nicolas Nabholz,Serge Urbach,Valérie Rigau,Christophe Demattei,Sylvain Lehmann,William Camu,Pierre Labauge,Giovanni Castelnovo,David Brassat,Delphine Loussouarn,Mounerou Salou,David Laplaud,Olivier Casez,Joël Bockaert,Philippe Marin,Eric Thouvenot +17 more
TL;DR: CSF chitinase 3-like protein 1 and CHI3L2 and serum CHI2L1 might help to define MS disease stage and have a prognostic value in CIS and CSF CHi3L1/CHI3l2 ratio accurately discriminated PMS from RRMS.
Journal ArticleDOI
Surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry protein profiling identifies ubiquitin and ferritin light chain as prognostic biomarkers in node-negative breast cancer tumors.
Gabriel Ricolleau,Catherine Charbonnel,Laurence Lodé,Delphine Loussouarn,Marie-Pierre Joalland,Ralf Bogumil,Sabine Jourdain,Stephane Minvielle,Mario Campone,Régine Deporte-Fety,Loïc Campion,Pascal Jézéquel +11 more
TL;DR: SELDI‐TOF‐MS protein profiling clearly showed that a high level of cytosolic ubiquitin and/or a low level of FLC were associated with a good prognosis in breast cancer.
