Journal ArticleDOI
ctDNA resistance landscape of lazertinib, a third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI).
Ji-Youn Han,Myung-Ju Ahn,Sang-We Kim,Ki Hyeong Lee,Eun Kyung Cho,Yun-Gyoo Lee,Dong Wan Kim,Joo Hang Kim,Jong Seok Lee,Gyeong-Won Lee,Byoung Yong Shim,Jin Soo Kim,Sang Hoon Chun,Sung Sook Lee,Young Joo Min,Sang Won Shin,Arielle Yablonovitch,Carin R. Espenschied,Hyunwoo Jang,Byoung Chul Cho +19 more
TL;DR: The EGFR mutant (EGFRm) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients usually experience improved clinical benefit with EGFR TKIs, but most eventually progress.
Journal ArticleDOI

Acquired Resistance Mechanism of EGFR Kinase Domain Duplication to EGFR TKIs in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer.
Chaelin Lee,Miso Kim,Dong Wan Kim,Tae Min Kim,So Yeon Kim,Sun-Wha Im,Yoon Kyung Jeon,Bhumsuk Keam,Ja-Lok Ku,Dae Seog Heo +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the acquired resistance mechanism of EGFRKDD against EGFR-TKIs was investigated in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the authors established an EGFR KDD domain 1 T790M/domain 2 cis-T790M + C797S (EGFR-KDDT/T+C) Ba/F3 model, which was resistant to EGFR TKIs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Three-dimensional hierarchical Li4Ti5O12 nanoarchitecture by a simple hydrothermal method.
Sangbaek Park,Seung Deok Seo,Hae Jin Kim,Chan Woo Lee,Hee Jo Song,Seong Sik Shin,Hoonkee Park,Kug Sun Hong,Dong Wan Kim +8 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that using a template can provide a new method for designing and synthesizing various classes of 3D architecturing synthesis and how the temperature and solvent affect the LTO nanostructure formation in detail is discussed.
