TL;DR: In this article, the viscous dissipation heating of a finite length cylinder exposed to a steady uniform velocity Newtonian fluid is analyzed numerically and the solution determines the elliptic, velocity and temperature field, of a high viscosity fluid about an axisymmetric cylinder.
