Type 1 Innate Lymphoid Cells Limit the Antitumoral Immune Response

TL;DR: In this article, a genetic model of selective ILC1 and NK cell deficiency was used for tumor immunosurveillance and immunoediting in the MCA-induced carcinogenesis model.

Evidence of innate lymphoid cell redundancy in humans

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the presence of ILCs in a cohort of patients with severe combined a immunodeficiency (SCID) and found that ILC subsets were absent in patients with a SCID who had mutation of the gene encoding the common gamma-chain a cytokine receptor subunit IL-2R gamma or the tyrosine a kinase JAK3.
Journal ArticleDOI

Expression, crystallization and X‐ray diffraction analysis of a complex between B7‐H6, a tumor cell ligand for the natural cytotoxicity receptor NKp30, and an inhibitory antibody

TL;DR: A mouse monoclonal antibody against human B7-H6 has been developed to investigate NKp30-mediated NK cell activation and to target tumors expressing B7,H6, and it is found that 17B1.3 blocks NK cellactivation without interfering with the binding of B7/H6 to NKp 30.
