TL;DR: In critically ill adults with shock, early isocaloric enteral nutrition did not reduce mortality or the risk of secondary infections but was associated with a greater risk of digestive complications compared with early isocallyoric parenteral nutrition.

TL;DR: In this article , an efficient method of improving the stability of enzymes as biocatalysts may be the immobilization, which is a method of obtaining stable and versatile insoluble enzymes with high enzymatic activity, capable of catalyzing the reactions of their natural and unnatural substrates.
