Journal ArticleDOI
C3N—A 2D Crystalline, Hole-Free, Tunable-Narrow-Bandgap Semiconductor with Ferromagnetic Properties
Siwei Yang,Wei Li,Wei Li,Cai-Chao Ye,Gang Wang,He Tian,Chong Zhu,Peng He,Guqiao Ding,Xiaoming Xie,Xiaoming Xie,Yang Liu,Yeshayahu Lifshitz,Yeshayahu Lifshitz,Shuit-Tong Lee,Zhenhui Kang,Mianheng Jiang,Mianheng Jiang +17 more
TL;DR: Surprisingly, C3 N exhibits a ferromagnetic order at low temperatures (<96 K) when doped with hydrogen, which opens the door for both fundamental basic research and possible future applications.
Journal ArticleDOI
Antibacterial activity of large-area monolayer graphene film manipulated by charge transfer
TL;DR: The results show that the graphene films on Cu and Ge can surprisingly inhibit the growth of both bacteria, especially the former, and a plausible mechanism is proposed here to explain this phenomenon.
Journal ArticleDOI
Direct Growth of Graphene Film on Germanium Substrate
Gang Wang,Miao Zhang,Yun Zhu,Guqiao Ding,Da Jiang,Qinglei Guo,Su Liu,Xiaoming Xie,Paul K. Chu,Zengfeng Di,Xi Wang +10 more
TL;DR: By ambient-pressure chemical vapor deposition, large-scale and uniform depositon of high-quality graphene directly on a Ge substrate which is wafer scale is demonstrated, allowing integration with high-volume production of complementary metal-oxide-semiconductors (CMOS).
Journal ArticleDOI
µ-Graphene Crosslinked CsPbI3 Quantum Dots for High Efficiency Solar Cells with Much Improved Stability
Qian Wang,Zhiwen Jin,Da Chen,Dongliang Bai,Hui Bian,Jie Sun,Ge Zhu,Gang Wang,Shengzhong Frank Liu,Shengzhong Frank Liu +9 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Facile and Highly Effective Synthesis of Controllable Lattice Sulfur-Doped Graphene Quantum Dots via Hydrothermal Treatment of Durian.
Gang Wang,Qinglei Guo,Qinglei Guo,Da Chen,Zhiduo Liu,Xiaohu Zheng,Anli Xu,Siwei Yang,Guqiao Ding +8 more
TL;DR: This work proposed a facile and effective strategy to prepare controllable sulfur (S) doping in GQDs, occurring in a lattice substitution manner, by hydrothermal treatment of durian with platinum catalyst.
