Spontaneous chondroma formation in CD2-Cre-driven Erk-deficient mice.

TL;DR: It is reported that CD2-Cre-mediated deletion of Erk proteins by generating CD1-Cre × Erk1-/-Erk2flox/flox (Erk∆CD2- Cre) mice results in abnormal cartilage hyperplasia, and it is suggested that an unexpected link exists between T-like cell and chondrocyte lineages during ontogeny.

Methods and kits for predicting the sensitivity of a subject suffering of renal cancer to cancer treatment

TL;DR: In this paper, a method of predicting or monitoring the sensitivity of a subject having a tumor to a cancer treatment, in particular renal cell carcinoma (RCC), to a treatment, was proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optimal dual quantizers of 1D log-concave distributions: Uniqueness and Lloyd like algorithm

TL;DR: This work establishes for dual quantization the counterpart of Kieffer's uniqueness result for compactly supported one dimensional probability distributions having a $\log$-concave density and proposes an algorithm to compute the unique optimal dual quantizer.
