Journal ArticleDOI

MOSAIC: a chemical-genetic interaction data repository and web resource for exploring chemical modes of action.

TL;DR: A new high-throughput platform for mapping chemical-genetic interactions in yeast that can be scaled to screen large compound collections, and this system is applied to generate CG interaction profiles for more than 13,000 compounds, creating a public database and web interface named MOSAIC.
Journal ArticleDOI

Predicting bioprocess targets of chemical compounds through integration of chemical-genetic and genetic interactions.

TL;DR: The CG-TARGET method achieves similar or better accuracy while substantially improving the ability to control the false discovery rate of biological process predictions, and successfully demonstrates the use of genetic interaction networks in the high-throughput functional annotation of compounds to biological processes.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Efficient host-independent coprocessor architecture for speech coding algorithms

TL;DR: A new hardware accelerator design has been proposed which executes macro instructions (MIs) and can handle computationally intensive loops in speech coding algorithms parallel with the main processor.
