TL;DR: Carbonic anhydrase III (CA III) was identified in the products of rat soleus muscle RNA translation in vitro by both a radioimmunoassay and a specific immunoprecipitation technique followed by SDS—polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis of the precipitated antigen.
