Casein kinase 1 is recruited to nuclear speckles by FAM83H and SON.

TL;DR: It is suggested that CK1 is recruited to nuclear speckles by FAM83H and SON in the absence of an intact keratin cytoskeleton in colorectal cancer tissues.
Journal ArticleDOI

Primary esophageal adenocarcinoma arising from heterotopic gastric mucosa: report of a case

TL;DR: The patient has remained alive for more than 4 years after surgery, without any evidence of recurrence, and the tumor was identified to be a well-differentiated adenocarcinoma arising from HGM with invasion to the muscularis propria.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tip30 Deletion in MMTV-Neu Mice Leads to Enhanced EGFR Signaling and Development of Estrogen Receptor–Positive and Progesterone Receptor–Negative Mammary Tumors

TL;DR: It is shown thatTip30 deletion dramatically accelerated the onset of mammary tumors in the MMTV-Neu mouse model of breast cancer, and it is found that Tip30 regulates the EGFR pathway through controlling endocytic downregulation of EGFR protein level and signaling.
Journal ArticleDOI

Antitumor effects of metformin are a result of inhibiting nuclear factor kappa B nuclear translocation in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

TL;DR: Analysis of the antitumor effects of metformin clarified its effects on anti‐inflammation, growth suppression and EMT inhibition and found that localization of NF‐κB in the nucleus was reduced after met formin treatment.
