TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured evaporation residue (ER) cross sections at beam energies in the range of 101-137.3 MeV and showed that an excitation energy dependent scaling of the finite-range rotating liquid drop model fission barrier is necessary to fit the experimental data.

TL;DR: In this article, the magnetic moment of an isomeric state of the neutron-rich nucleus 75Cu was measured using highly spin-controlled rare-isotope beams and achieved large spin alignment via a two-step reaction scheme that incorporates an angular-momentum-selecting nucleon removal.
