N. Madhavan,S. Nath,T. Varughese,J. Gehlot,Akhil Jhingan,P. Sugathan,A. K. Sinha,Reeshu Singh,K. M. Varier,M. C. Radhakrishna,E.V. Prasad,Sunil Kalkal,G. Mohanto,J. J. Das,Rakesh Kumar,R. P. Singh,S. Muralithar,R. K. Bhowmik,A. Roy,Rajesh Kumar,S.K. Suman,A. K. Mandal,Tripti Sekhar Datta,J. Chacko,Anup Choudhury,U. G. Naik,A. J. Malyadri,M. Archunan,J. Zacharias,S.V.L.S. Rao,Mukesh Kumar,P. Barua,E. T. Subramanian,K. Rani,B. P. Ajith Kumar,K. S. Golda +35 more
TL;DR: Hybrid recoil mass analyzer (HYRA) as discussed by the authors is a dual-mode spectrometer designed to carry out nuclear reaction and structure studies in heavy and medium-mass nuclei using gas-filled and vacuum modes, respectively and has the potential to address newer domains in nuclear physics accessible using high energy, heavy-ion beams from superconducting LINAC accelerator and ECR-based high current injector system.
Journal ArticleDOI

Gayatri Mohanto,N. Madhavan,S. Nath,Jhilam Sadhukhan,J. Gehlot,I. Mazumdar,M. B. Naik,E.V. Prasad,Ish Mukul,T. Varughese,Akhil Jhingan,R. K. Bhowmik,A. K. Sinha,D.A. Gothe,P.B. Chavan,Santanu Pal,Vaidhyanathan Ramamurthy,A. Roy +17 more
TL;DR: In this article, the gated gamma-multiplicity was measured for the reaction 30 Si + 170 Er which formed the compound nucleus (CN) 200 Pb and the measured multiplicity distribution was compared with those of two other reactions, viz, 16 O + 184 W and 19 F + 181 Ta forming the same compound nucleus.
Journal ArticleDOI
Three dimensional rectangular wing morphed to prevent stall and operate at design local two dimensional lift coefficient
A. Roy,Rinku Mukherjee +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the surface of a rectangular wing is morphed at high angles of attack such that it continues to operate at the reduced coefficient of lift (C l ) at which the baseline wing operates, but unlike the baseline, where the flow is separated, the flow remains attached on the morphed wing.
Journal ArticleDOI
Status of the development of Delhi Light Source (DLS) at IUAC
