Carbon incorporation into si at high concentrations by ion implantation and solid phase epitaxy
TL;DR: In this paper, the incorporation of heavily supersaturated C into Si using solid phase epitaxy (SPE) of implanted amorphous layers was studied and the metastable solubility limit was found to be 3.0-7.0×1020 atoms/cm3.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ion-beam mixing of metal-semiconductor eutectic systems
S. S. Lau,B. Y. Tsaur,M. von Allmen,James W. Mayer,B. Stritzker,C. W. White,Bill R. Appleton +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the ion-beam mixing behavior of four metal-semiconductor eutectic systems (Au, Si, Au, Ge, Al, and Ag) was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fast mutual diffusion in polymer blends
TL;DR: Etude par spectroscopie de recul avant pour le systeme miscible polystyrene+poly(dimethyl-2,6 phenyleneoxyde-1,4)
Journal ArticleDOI
Technique used in Hall effect analysis of ion implanted Si and Ge
TL;DR: Hall effect and sheet resistivity measurements are commonly used to evaluate ion implanted layers as discussed by the authors, and the general principles, sources of error, and factors influencing the measurements are described in detail.
