Few-layer graphdiyne doped with sp-hybridized nitrogen atoms at acetylenic sites for oxygen reduction electrocatalysis.

TL;DR: Chemically defined sp-hybridized nitrogen atoms have been selectively introduced to the acetylene groups in ultrathin graphdiynes, resulting in good catalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction in both alkaline and acidic media.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hexagonal and cubic Ni nanocrystals grown on graphene: phase-controlled synthesis, characterization and their enhanced microwave absorption properties

TL;DR: In this paper, the reduction process of graphite oxide (GO) sheets into GN was accompanied by the generation of hexagonal close-packed Ni (h-Ni) nanocrystals and face-centered cubic Ni (c-Ni)-noflowers with uniform size and high dispersion.
Journal ArticleDOI

Conjugated-Backbone Effect of Organic Small Molecules for n-Type Thermoelectric Materials with ZT over 0.2

TL;DR: Results demonstrate that the modulation of the conjugated backbone represents a powerful strategy for tuning the electronic structure and mobility of organic semiconductors toward a maximum thermoelectric performance.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhancing the electromagnetic performance of co through the phase-controlled synthesis of hexagonal and cubic Co nanocrystals grown on graphene

TL;DR: A method for enhancing the electromagnetic property of metal Co via phase-controlled synthesis of Co nanostructures grown on graphene (GN) networks has been developed and as-synthesized Co/GN nanocomposites showed excellent microwave absorbability in comparison with the corresponding Co nanocrystals or GN.
Journal ArticleDOI

Stereodefined Codoping of sp-N and S Atoms in Few-Layer Graphdiyne for Oxygen Evolution Reaction

TL;DR: Experimental results present that the codoping of sp-N and S atoms brought an excellent OER performance with low overpotential and high current density owning to the effectively synergistic effect of the stereodefined heteroatoms.
