Signature of intrinsic high-temperature ferromagnetism in cobalt-doped zinc oxide nanocrystals
Journal ArticleDOI
Single crystal CdS nanowires with high visible-light photocatalytic H2-production performance
TL;DR: In this paper, single crystalline hexagonal CdS nanowires were prepared by a solvothermal method using ethylenediamine as a solvent, and the photocatalytic performance of the as-synthesized Pt/CdS composites was evaluated towards H2 generation from a lactic acid aqueous solution under visible light (λ ≥ 420 nm).
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation and photocatalytic activity of mesoporous anatase TiO2 nanofibers by a hydrothermal method
TL;DR: In this paper, the photocatalytic activity of mesoporous anatase TiO2 nanofibers was evaluated using a simple hydrothermal post-treatment of titanate nanotubes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nature-based catalyst for visible-light-driven photocatalytic CO2 reduction
Zhifeng Jiang,Zhifeng Jiang,Hongli Sun,Tianqi Wang,Bo Wang,Wei Wei,Huaming Li,Shouqi Yuan,Taicheng An,Huijun Zhao,Jiaguo Yu,Po Keung Wong +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, a hierarchical treated rape pollen (TRP) was used as a metal-free catalyst for visible-light-driven photocatalytic CO2 reduction, achieving a high quantum efficiency of over 6.7% at 420 nm.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation and characterization of super-hydrophilic porous TiO2 coating films
TL;DR: In this article, super-hydrophilic TiO2 coating films are prepared from alkoxide solutions containing polyethylene glycol (PEG) by the sol-gel method on soda lime glass.
