Triethanolamine-assisted photodeposition of non-crystalline CuxP nanodots for boosting photocatalytic H2 evolution of TiO2

TL;DR: In this article, ultra-small non-crystalline CuxP nanodots (CuxP-ND) were coupled on the TiO2 surface via a simple triethanolamine (TEOA)-assisted photodeposition strategy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Template-free synthesis of hierarchical γ-Al2O3 nanostructures and their adsorption affinity toward phenol and CO2

TL;DR: In this paper, a growth mechanism of chemically induced self-transformation followed by cooperative self-assembly to form hierarchical nanostructures was proposed for environmentally relevant applications, and the results indicated that the thiourea, type of anion in the aluminium source and the molar ratio of thIourea to Al3+ play an essential role in the formation of the aforementioned hierarchical γ-Al2O3.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of BaWO4 Hollow Structures

TL;DR: In this article, the polymer-cation in situ source templates technique was applied to fabricate inorganic hollow structures, including spheres, peanuts, and ellipsoids, by a precipitation reaction between BaCl 2 and Na 2 WO 4 solutions in the presence of poly(methacrylic acid).
Journal ArticleDOI

0D/2D CdS/ZnO composite with n-n heterojunction for efficient detection of triethylamine

TL;DR: In this article, an outstanding triethylamine sensor based on CdS/ZnO composite with 0D/2D structure, which are prepared by in-situ growth of Cs quantum dots on ultra-thin ZnO nanosheets.
Journal ArticleDOI

C3N4/PDA S‐Scheme Heterojunction with Enhanced Photocatalytic H2O2 Production Performance and Its Mechanism

TL;DR: In this article , a step-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst C3N4/PDA (CNP) comprised of ultrathin g−C 3N4 and polydopamine (PDA) is constructed by in situ self-polymerization.
