Journal ArticleDOI

Circulating MicroRNA Profiles Differ between Hyperglycemia and Euglycemia in Coronary Heart Disease Patients.

TL;DR: Hsa-let-7c-5p and hsa-miR-24-3p might have the most important function for hyperglycemia in coronary heart disease patients, according to miRNA-gene regulatory networks constructed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Blocking effect of salvianolic acid A on calcium channels in isolated rat ventricular myocytes.

TL;DR: SAA inhibited I-CaL in a dose-dependent manner and shifted the steady-state activation curve to a more positive voltage, which indicated that the drug affected the activated state of calcium channels, and suggested that the Ca2+ antagonistic effect of SAA be beneficial in the treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
Journal Article

Protective effects of saponines of stem and leaf of Panax notoginseng on acute myocardial ischemia in anaesthetic dogs

TL;DR: PNSSL demonstrated to attenuate the damage subjected to myocardial ischemia and infarction, which may be due to its function of inhibiting the ET and TXA2 release, increasing the MBF, and then improving the damaged cardiac function.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cynomorium songaricum Extract Alleviates Memory Impairment through Increasing CREB/BDNF via Suppression of p38MAPK/ERK Pathway in Ovariectomized Rats.

TL;DR: Cynomorium songaricum Rupr exhibited potential therapeutic effect on Neuroprotection of ovariectomized rats, and its effect was possibly exerted by p-CREB/BDNF mediated down regulation of ERK/p38MAPK.
Journal ArticleDOI

A new furostanol glycoside with fatty acid synthase inhibitory activity from Ophiopogon japonicusa

TL;DR: A new furostanol glycoside, named ophiopogonin J (1), was isolated from the fibrous root of Ophiopoglon japonicas.
