TL;DR: In this paper, the authors sought to characterize the clinical and genetic features of pustular psoriasis through the analysis of an extended patient cohort, including 863 unrelated patients (251 with GPP, 560 with PPP, 28 with acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau [ACH], and 24 with multiple diagnoses).

TL;DR: The VAS-European Independent Foundation in Angiology/Vascular Medicine draws attention to patients with vascular disease (VD) and presents an integral strategy for the management of patients with VD or cardiovascular risk factors (VD-CVR) and COVID-19.
Journal ArticleDOI
Non-invasive assessment of microvascular endothelial function by laser doppler flowmetry in patients with essential hypertension
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that essential hypertension is associated with endothelial dysfunction in the skin microcirculation of the forearm, and that endothelium-dependent vasodilation in the forearm skin using two non-invasive laser Doppler applications in patients with essential hypertension and in normotensive control subjects is significant.
Journal ArticleDOI
AP1S3 Mutations Cause Skin Autoinflammation by Disrupting Keratinocyte Autophagy and Up-Regulating IL-36 Production
Satveer K. Mahil,Sophie Twelves,Katalin Farkas,Niovi Setta-Kaffetzi,A. David Burden,Joanna E. Gach,Alan D. TL;DR: It is shown that keratinocytes play a key role in skin autoinflammation and autophagy modulation of IL-36 signaling as a therapeutic target, and the effects of gene silencing on this pathway are investigated.

What is externalism
TL;DR: In this article, the authors argue that the usual understanding is inadequate, and that only the new understanding of the external/internal distinction I suggest helps us to understand the issue of the compatibility of externalism and privileged access.
