A transesophageal echocardiography examination clarifies the cause of cardiovascular collapse during scoliosis surgery in a child.
TL;DR: In this paper, a case of a patient who developed cardiovascular collapse, increased central venous pressure (CVP), and massive bleeding during posterior spinal fusion surgery was reported, and the patient was transferred to the intensive care unit.

Long-term pediatric outcome of isolated discrete subaortic stenosis.
Christian Drolet,Joaquim Miró,Jean-Marc Côté,John P Finley,Letizia Gardin,Charles V. Rohlicek +5 more
