Biomimetic Crawling Motion of Soft and Slender Gel-worm
TL;DR: In this paper, a biomimetic system based on poly(vinyl alcohol)/dimethylsulfoxide gel was operated in air by employing a non-contacted DC electric field and the results showed that the gel exhibited a long-range snail-like motion and had a very fast response rate.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fabrication of 3D hierarchical Fe2O3/SnO2 photoanode for enhanced photoelectrochemical performance
TL;DR: The as-fabricated 3D Fe2O3/SnO2 photoanode yields obviously promoted PEC performance and offers outstanding light harvesting ability as well as improved charge transport and separation.

Composite material and itd preparation method
Lina Zhang,Yun Chen,Rui Deng +2 more
TL;DR: In this article, a composite material series with different performance from plastics to elastomer is prepared through reaction of polyether polyol or polyester polyol on diisocyanate to obtain prepolymer (polyurethane), proportionally mixing it with soybean dregs or powder, reaction, and hot pressing.

Chitin/carbon nanotube composite adsorbent for blood perfusion and preparation method thereof
TL;DR: In this paper, a chitin/carbon nanotube composite adsorbent for blood perfusion and a preparation method thereof is described. But the preparation method comprises the following steps of: by taking a natural macromolecular material chITin as a carrier, under a low-temperature stirring condition, performing freezing-unfreezing circulation so as to combine the chitIN dissolved in an alkali/urea water solvent system with carbon nanotubes and form a uniform chitinsolution, performing emulsification and thermal induction self-assembling process
