TL;DR: PASI 90–100 is a relevant therapeutic goal in moderate to severe psoriasis compared to PASI 75–89 when considering patients’ QOL, and results show the association of greater response in skin clearance with improvements in skin-related QOL up to 52 weeks is evaluated.

Cutibacterium acnes in primary reverse shoulder arthroplasty: from skin to deep layers.
TL;DR: In the real scenario of patients undergoing primary reverse shoulder arthroplasty using antibiotic prophylaxis and standard preoperative skin preparation with chlorhexidine, C acnes was isolated in the deep layers of 18.8% of the patients.
