TL;DR: Increased IgM serum antibody responses to HHV-6 early antigen (p41/38) in patients with relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS), compared with patients with chronic progressive MS, patients with other neurologic disease (OND), Patients with other autoimmune disease (OID), and normal controls are demonstrated.

Identification of functional microRNAs released through asymmetrical processing of HIV-1 TAR element

TL;DR: This study suggests that the TAR element of HIV-1 transcripts releases functionally competent miRNAs upon asymmetrical processing by Dicer, thereby providing novel insights into viral miRNA biogenesis.
