Effects of fusion-activation interval and embryo aggregation on in vitro and in vivo development of bovine cloned embryos.
R. P. C. Gerger,Eduardo S. Ribeiro,Fabiano Carminatti Zago,L. H. Aguiar,Paula Rodriguez-Villamil,Felipe Ledur Ongaratto,Carlos Eduardo Ambrósio,Maria Angélica Miglino,José Luiz Rodrigues,Fabiana Forell,Luciana Relly Bertolini,Marcelo Bertolini +11 more
TL;DR: The fusion-activation interval and/or the aggregation of cloned bovine embryos did not affect cloning efficiency based on the in vitro development to the blastocyst stage and on pregnancy outcome.
Journal ArticleDOI
