The DNA sequence and comparative analysis of human chromosome 20.

Panos Deloukas, +135 more
- 27 May 2004 -
TL;DR: Comparative analysis of the sequence of chromosome 20 to whole-genome shotgun-sequence data of two other vertebrates provides an independent measure of the efficiency of gene annotation, and indicates that this analysis may account for more than 95% of all coding exons and almost all genes.
Journal ArticleDOI

An ice- air-water-NAPL multiphase model for simulating NAPL migration in subsurface system under freeze-thaw condition.

TL;DR: In this article , a coupled non-isothermal multiphase transport model was developed to quantitatively describe NAPL migration in a four-phase (ice, gas, water, naphoxy phase liquid) system.

Integration of Deep Learning‐Based Inversion and Upscaled Mass‐Transfer Model for DNAPL Mass‐Discharge Estimation and Uncertainty Assessment

TL;DR: In this article , a deep learning-based 3D SZA inversion method named Convolutional Variational AutoEncoder-Ensemble Smoother with Multiple Data Assimilation (CVAE•ESMDA) is proposed to estimate the SZA by conditioning on sparse data, which is then used as input in the upscaled model for mass discharge estimation.
