Journal ArticleDOI
High-resolution imaging of remanent state and magnetization reversal of superdomain structures in high-density cobalt antidot arrays
Luis A. Rodríguez,César Magén,Etienne Snoeck,Etienne Snoeck,Christophe Gatel,Christophe Gatel,C. Castán-Guerrero,C. Castán-Guerrero,Javier Sesé,L.M. García,L.M. García,Julia Herrero-Albillos,Juan Bartolomé,Juan Bartolomé,Fernando Bartolomé,Fernando Bartolomé,M. R. Ibarra +16 more
TL;DR: New light is shed on the magnetization reversal processes of antidot arrays and opens new possibilities of exploiting the potential of high-resolution in situ LM and new data analysis procedures to probe magnetization processes in nanomagnetism, particularly in periodic arrays of nanomagnets.
Journal ArticleDOI
Local Magnetic and Electronic Properties of the A2FeM'O6 (A = Ba, Sr, Ca, M' = Mo, Re) Double Perovskites
D. Zając,Marcin Sikora,V. Prochazka,M. Borowiec,J. Stpie,Cz. Kapusta,P.C. Riedi,Clara Marquina,J. M. De Teresa,M. R. Ibarra +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the results of a combined NMR, X-ray absorption spectroscopy and Xray magnetic circular dichroism study of the AA′FeMoO6 and AA´FeReO6 double perovskites are presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Magnetovolume effect in the paramagnetic phase of Sm1−xSrxMnO3 (x=0.45, 0.33) compounds
TL;DR: In the case of Sm 0.55Sr0.45MnO3, the large volume magnetostriction suggests that magnetic polarons formation is the origin of the colossal magnetoresistance observed in this compound as discussed by the authors.
Book ChapterDOI
Magnetotransport and magnetoelastic effects in manganese-oxide perovskites
M. R. Ibarra,J. M. De Teresa +1 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Magnetic and crystal structure of Ho 5 (Si x Ge 1-x ) 4 studied by neutron diffraction
Clemens Ritter,César Magén,Luis Morellón,Luis Morellón,Pedro A. Algarabel,M. R. Ibarra,M. R. Ibarra,Alberto M. Pereira,J. P. Araújo,J. B. Sousa +9 more
TL;DR: The magnetic and crystal structures of the magnetocaloric lattice have been studied by neutron powder diffraction experiments as mentioned in this paper, and they are preserved in the whole temperature range 2\char21{}300 K, i.e.
