Journal ArticleDOI
Magnetic properties and energy absorption of CoFe2O4 nanoparticles for magnetic hyperthermia
Teobaldo E. Torres,Teobaldo E. Torres,Alejandro G. Roca,María del Puerto Morales,Alfonso Ibarra,Clara Marquina,Clara Marquina,M. R. Ibarra,M. R. Ibarra,Gerardo F. Goya +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied the magnetic and power absorption properties of three samples of CoFe2O4 nanoparticles with sizes from 5 to 12 nm prepared by thermal decomposition of Fe (acac)3 and Co(acac2)2 at high temperatures.
Journal ArticleDOI
Magnetic correlations in random anisotropy DyxY1−xAl2 magnets
TL;DR: In this article, a neutron diffraction Bragg peak was observed at temperatures much higher than the RMA one, T SG, together with strong small angle neutron scattering below T SG.
Journal ArticleDOI
High pulsed magnetic field measurements of the magnetic anisotropy in (ErxDy1−x)2Fe14B compounds
Pedro A. Algarabel,M. R. Ibarra,Clara Marquina,G. Marusi,O. Moze,L. Pareti,Massimo Solzi,J.I. Arnaudas,A. del Moral +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a study of HA in pseudoternaries (ErxDy1-x2Fe14B) has been undertaken using the SPD technique on magnetically oriented samples.
Journal ArticleDOI
Neutron spectroscopy of R2Zn17 compounds
TL;DR: In this article, a systematic analysis has been performed fitting the experimental results by a least-squares Gaussian process to obtain the transition energies and their probability, and a preliminary analysis was made for Er compound using the CEF formalism.
