TL;DR: T-depleted allogeneic BMT using single fraction TBI is practical, reduces considerably the risks of GvHD and the need for post-transplant immunosuppressive drugs, is not associated with any increased risk of leukaemic relapse, and appears to allow regulated regeneration of donor derived immune function.
Journal ArticleDOI
Production of leucocyte interferon in vitro in children with recurrent respiratory infections.

TL;DR: High grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma developed 42 days after allogeneic T cell-depleted bone marrow transplantation for idiopathic aplastic anaemia and prolonged remission followed low dose chemotherapy, local radiotherapy and early withdrawal of cyclosporin.
Journal ArticleDOI
Interesting Times: Molecular Therapy and the Evolving Media of Scientific Publishing.
TL;DR: The third Editor-in-Chief of Molecular Therapy will be making several changes to the way in which the Journal operates, including switching its manuscript-submission system to the eJournalPress Web-based system and introducing a panel of Deputy Editors.
