TL;DR: Overall, no associations were observed for intakes of specific dairy foods or calcium and ovarian cancer risk, and a modest elevation in the risk of ovarian cancer was seen for lactose intake at the level that was equivalent to three or more servings of milk per day.

TL;DR: Ass associations of scores for 2 proposed diet patterns, the "Paleolithic" and the Mediterranean, with incident, sporadic colorectal adenomas in a case-control study of coloreCTal polyps are investigated to suggest that greater adherence to the Paleolithic diet pattern and greater adhere to the Mediterranean diet pattern may be similarly associated with lower risk of incident, sparsely occurring adenoma.
