Journal ArticleDOI

Vascular normalizing doses of antiangiogenic treatment reprogram the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and enhance immunotherapy

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that targeting tumor vasculature with lower vascular-normalizing doses, but not high antivascular/antiangiogenic doses, of an anti-VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR2) antibody results in a more homogeneous distribution of functional tumor vessels.
Journal ArticleDOI

Active movement of T cells away from a chemokine.

TL;DR: The phenomenon of movement away from a chemokine represents a previously unknown mechanism regulating the localization of mature T cells and adds to the functional repertoire of chemokines that may participate in immune physiology and may be applied therapeutically to alter the immune response.
