Journal ArticleDOI

Enantioselective Synthesis of anti Homoallylic Alcohols from Terminal Alkynes and Aldehydes Based on Concomitant Use of a Cationic Iridium Complex and a Chiral Phosphoric Acid.

TL;DR: In this article, a highly diastereo and enanti-lective synthesis of anti homoallylic alcohols from terminal alkynes via (E)-1-alkenylboronates based upon two catalytic reactions was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Palladium‐Catalyzed Dehydrogenative Coupling Reaction of Terminal Alkynes with Unactivated Alkenes

TL;DR: In this paper, the terminal sp carbon forms a bond with the internal sp2 carbon of the alkene regioselectively to produce branched, conjugated 1,3-enynes with wide functional group tolerance.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation of (Alkaneimidoyl)lanthanides and Their Reactions with Carbonyl Compounds

TL;DR: The preparation of (alkaneimidoyl)lanthanide(III) reagents and their reactions with carbonyl compounds were studied in this article, where Alkyllithium was added to a mixture of an anhydrous lanthanide salt and 2,6-xylyl isocyanide in tetrahydrofuran at −78 °C.
