Accelerated Blood Clearance Phenomenon Upon Repeated Injection of PEG-modified PLA-nanoparticles
Tsutomu Ishihara,Tsutomu Ishihara,Miho Takeda,Haruka Sakamoto,Ayumi Kimoto,Chisa Kobayashi,Naoko Takasaki,Kanae Yuki,Ken Ichiro Tanaka,Mitsuko Takenaga,Rie Igarashi,Taishi Maeda,Naoki Yamakawa,Yoshinari Okamoto,Masami Otsuka,Tatsuhiro Ishida,Hiroshi Kiwada,Yutaka Mizushima,Tohru Mizushima +18 more
TL;DR: This study revealed that the ABC phenomenon is induced by PEG-modified PLA-nanoparticles, and considers that NP-L33s may be useful clinically for the sustained-release and targeted delivery of PGE1.
Journal ArticleDOI
Identification of TIFA as an adapter protein that links tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6) to interleukin-1 (IL-1) receptor-associated kinase-1 (IRAK-1) in IL-1 receptor signaling.
Hiroshi Takatsuna,Hiroki Kato,Hiroki Kato,Jin Gohda,Taishin Akiyama,Ayaka Moriya,Ayaka Moriya,Yoshinari Okamoto,Yuriko Yamagata,Masami Otsuka,Kazuo Umezawa,Kentaro Semba,Jun-ichiro Inoue +12 more
TL;DR: Analysis of endogenous proteins indicates that TIFA associates with TRAF6 constitutively, whereas it associates with IRAK-1 in an IL-1 stimulation-dependent manner in vivo, Thus, TIFA is likely to mediate IRAk-1/TRAF6 interaction upon IL- 1 stimulation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Vpx Is Critical for Reverse Transcription of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 2 Genome in Macrophages
TL;DR: It is clearly demonstrated that the entire Vpx protein is critical for reverse transcription of the HIV-2 genome in human MDMs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Design and synthesis of novel quinoline/chalcone/1,2,4-triazole hybrids as potent antiproliferative agent targeting EGFR and BRAFV600E kinases.
Aliaa M. Mohassab,Heba A. Hassan,Dalia Abdelhamid,Ahmed M. Gouda,Bahaa G.M. Youssif,Hiroshi Tateishi,Mikako Fujita,Masami Otsuka,Mohamed Abdel-Aziz +8 more
TL;DR: New quinoline / chalcone hybrids containing 1,2,4-triazole moiety have been designed, synthesized and their structures elucidated and confirmed by various spectroscopic techniques.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, characterization, and spectroscopic properties of three novel pentadentate copper(II) complexes related to the metal-chelating inhibitors against DNA binding with HIV-EP1
Hiromasa Kurosaki,Rakesh Kumar Sharma,Sachiko Aoki,Teruhiko Inoue,Yoshinari Okamoto,Yukio Sugiura,Mitsunobu Doi,Toshimasa Ishida,Masami Otsuka,Masafumi Goto +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, three potentially five-coordinate peptide ligands having a pyridine and two histidine moieties, were synthesized to study their copper(II) complexation.
