Journal ArticleDOI

Class IIa HDAC inhibition reduces breast tumours and metastases through anti-tumour macrophages

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that in vivo TMP195 treatment alters the tumour microenvironment and reduces tumour burden and pulmonary metastases by modulating macrophage phenotypes, and introduces class IIa HDAC inhibition as a means to harness the anti-tumour potential of macrophages to enhance cancer therapy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Pharmacologic inhibition of RORγt regulates Th17 signature gene expression and suppresses cutaneous inflammation in vivo.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that RORγt inverse agonists inhibit Tc17 cell differentiation, as well as IL-17 production by γδ T cells and CD8+ T c17 cells, and block imiquimod-induced cutaneous inflammation.
