Platelet-modified low-density lipoproteins: studies in normal subjects and in patients with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated the production of PL-LDL that was not affected by platelet activation, which required the presence of homologous platelets and lipoprotein and was similar to that formed with nonactivated normal human platelets.
