Journal ArticleDOI

Methane to Methanol: Structure–Activity Relationships for Cu-CHA

TL;DR: It is found that the CuII moieties responsible for the conversion are formed in the presence of O2 and that high temperature together with prolonged activation time increases the population of such active sites, and there is a linear correlation between the reducibility of the materials and their methanol productivity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Understanding the Early Stages of the Methanol-to-Olefin Conversion on H-SAPO-34

TL;DR: In this paper, the formation and evolution of carbenium ions during the early stages of the methanol-to-olefin (MTO) conversion on a H-SAPO-34 model catalyst were clarified via 1H MAS NMR and 13C MAS NMRI.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Straightforward Descriptor for the Deactivation of Zeolite Catalyst H-ZSM-5

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the deactivation of a range of ZSM-5 catalysts through catalytic testing, physicochemical characterization, and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD).
Journal ArticleDOI

Adsorbate Effect on AlO4(OH)2 Centers in the Metal-Organic Framework MIL-53 Investigated by Solid-State NMR Spectroscopy

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of water molecules, nitrogen bases, and o-xylene on the hydroxyl protons of bridging AlOH groups and framework aluminum was investigated.
