Early Clinical PET Imaging Results with the Novel PHF-Tau Radioligand [F18]-T808
David Chien,A. Katrin Szardenings,Shadfar Bahri,Joseph C. Walsh,Fanrong Mu,Chunfang Xia,William R. Shankle,Alan J. Lerner,Min-Ying Su,Arkadij M. Elizarov,Hartmuth C. Kolb +10 more
TL;DR: First human brain images with [F18]-T808, a novel PHF-tau targeting PET imaging agent with different pharmacokinetic characteristics, are described, which may be favorable for imaging Alzheimer's disease and other tauopathies.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quantitative Analysis of Lesion Morphology and Texture Features for Diagnostic Prediction in Breast MRI
TL;DR: Quantitative analysis of morphology/texture features of breast lesions was feasible, and these features could be selected by an ANN to form a classifier for differential diagnosis, and establishing the link between computer-based features and visual descriptors defined in the BI-RADS lexicon will provide the foundation for the acceptance of quantitative diagnostic features in the development of computer-aided diagnosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
MRI evaluation of pathologically complete response and residual tumors in breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy
Jeon-Hor Chen,Jeon-Hor Chen,Byron A. Feig,Garima Agrawal,Hon Yu,Philip M. Carpenter,Rita S. Mehta,Orhan Nalcioglu,Min-Ying Su +8 more
TL;DR: The role of magnetic resonance imaging in evaluation of pathologically complete response and residual tumors in patients who were receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) for both positive and negative HER‐2 breast cancer is investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hybrid 3D/2D Convolutional Neural Network for Hemorrhage Evaluation on Head CT
Peter Chang,Edward Kuoy,Jack Grinband,Brent D. Weinberg,Matthew Thompson,Richelle L. Homo,Jefferson Chen,Hermelinda Abcede,Mohammad Shafie,Leo P. Sugrue,Christopher G. Filippi,Min-Ying Su,Wengui Yu,Christopher P. Hess,Daniel S. Chow +14 more
TL;DR: Demonstrated high performance on prospective NCCTs ordered from the emergency department suggests the clinical viability of the proposed deep learning tool in the detection and quantification of hemorrhage on NCCT.
Journal ArticleDOI
Development of a quantitative method for analysis of breast density based on three-dimensional breast MRI
Ke Nie,Jeon-Hor Chen,Siwa Chan,Man-Kwun I. Chau,Hon J. Yu,Shadfar Bahri,Tiffany Tseng,Orhan Nalcioglu,Min-Ying Su +8 more
TL;DR: Results suggest that the technique based on three-dimensional MRI can achieve reasonable consistency to be applied in longitudinal follow-up studies to detect small changes, and may provide a reliable method for evaluating the change of breast density for risk management of women.
