DSP-Based Modified SPWM Switching Technique with Two-Degrees-of-Freedom Voltage Control for Three-Phase AC–DC Buck Converter
TL;DR: In this paper, a modified sinusoidal pulse-width modulation (SPWM) switching technique in three-phase ac-dc buck converter with new modulation strategy was presented, which used two reference signals (0°−60° and 120°−180° sine wave) and one type of carrier signal, instead of two types of carrier signals to generate pulsewidth modulation signals.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Intelligent conflict detection and awareness for UAVs
B. M. Albaker,Nasrudin Abd Rahim +1 more
TL;DR: Conceptual functional architecture of the conflict detection and conflict awareness are proposed with a method to extract collision parameters, based onto monitoring the environment and sharing of flight plan segments among conflicting aircraft.
Journal ArticleDOI
Experimental Study Of SBPWM For Z-Source Inverter Five Phase
TL;DR: In this article, the impact of design parameter (fixed modulation index and switching frequency) versus performance parameter (capacitor voltage, inductor current, total harmonic distortion and DC link voltage) is studied and analyzed.
Journal ArticleDOI
A novel self-tuning scheme for fuzzy logic elevator group controller
TL;DR: An intelligent controller based on a novel self-tuning fuzzy logic framework for elevator control applications is presented that eliminates the heavy dependence on the predicted traffic patterns for adaptation.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Effect on insulation of photovoltaic thermal water collector (pvtw)
TL;DR: In this article, an attempt to investigate the electrical and thermal performance of suggested hybrid photovoltaic/thermal water collector (PVTw) solar system with different arrangement of insulation was made.
