Direct Anchoring of Cytochrome c onto Bare Gold Electrode for Sensing Oxidative Stress in Aquatic Cells

TL;DR: In this article, a third generation biosensor was developed based on one-shot adsorption of chemically modified cytochrome c (cyt c) onto bare gold electrodes, which enabled the very fast formation of an electroactive biological self-assembled monolayer exhibiting a quasi-reversible electrochemical behavior and a fast direct electron transfer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Martin, Girard, and Dereux reply.

TL;DR: The remark made by Garcia and Nieto-Vesperinas shows that, for subwavelength scatterers of low symmetry, a self-consistent vectorial three-dimensional calculation such as that in Ref.

Spatial Symmetries in Multipolar Metasurfaces

TL;DR: In this paper , a connection between the spatial symmetries of metasurface scattering particles and the components of the corresponding effective material tensors was developed by combining the fundamental properties of the electromagnetic fields with a multipolar formulation of spatially-dispersive constitutive relations.
