Investigation of Sequential Dissolution of Asphalt Binder in Common Solvents by FTIR and Binder Fractionation
TL;DR: In this article, an investigation into the potential for sequential dissolution of asphalt fractions in a staged extraction scenario was conducted for common asphalt solvents, and asphalt cement was subjected to si...

Dynamic user allocation in stochastic Mobile Edge computing systems
Phu Lai,Qiang He,Xiaoyu Xia,Feifei Chen,Mohamed Abdelrazek,John Grundy,John Hosking,Yun Yang +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors address the user allocation problem from a service provider's perspective, who needs to allocate its users to the cloud or edge servers in a specific area, and propose SUAC (Stochastic User AlloCation) -an online Lyapunov optimization-based algorithm, and prove its performance bounds.

Fully distributed bipartite leader‐following consensus for uncertain linear multi‐agent systems with event‐triggered mechanism
Journal ArticleDOI
Heterogeneity within and among co-occurring foundation species increases biodiversity
Mads S. Thomsen,Andrew H. Altieri,Christine Angelini,Melanie J. Bishop,Fabio Bulleri,Roxanne Farhan,Viktoria M. M. Frühling,Paul E. Gribben,Seamus B. Harrison,Qiang He,Moritz Klinghardt,Joachim Langeneck,Brendan S. Lanham,Luca Mondardini,Yannick R. Mulders,Semonn Oleksyn,Aaron P. Ramus,David S. Schimel,Tristan Schneider,Alfonso Siciliano,Brian R. Silliman,Dan A. Smale,Paul M. South,Thomas Wernberg,Stacy Y. Zhang,Gerhard Zotz +25 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors performed 22 geographically distributed experiments in different ecosystems and biogeographical regions to assess the extent to which variation in biodiversity is explained by three axes of habitat heterogeneity: the amount of habitat, its morphological complexity, and capacity to provide ecological resources (e.g. food) within and between cooccurring foundation species.
Journal ArticleDOI
Topology-Aware Neural Model for Highly Accurate QoS Prediction
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper proposed a topology-aware neural (TAN) model for collaborative QoS prediction, where the features of users, services, and intermediate nodes on the communication path are projected to a shared latent space as input features.
