Multi-omics Study of Planobispora rosea, Producer of the Thiopeptide Antibiotic GE2270A.
Francesco Del Carratore,Marianna Iorio,Mercedes Pérez-Bonilla,Kamila Schmidt,Rosario Pérez-Redondo,Margherita Sosio,Sandy J. Macdonald,Ivan Gyulev,Areti Tsigkinopoulou,Areti Tsigkinopoulou,Gavin H. Thomas,Olga Genilloud,Antonio Rodríguez-García,Stefano Donadio,Rainer Breitling,Eriko Takano +15 more
TL;DR: In this article, the results of a metabolomics and transcriptomics analysis of planobispora rosea during production of GE2270A were presented, which provided useful insights into the biology of this genetically intractable bacterium.
Journal ArticleDOI
Towards an unbiased metabolic profiling of protozoan parasites: optimisation of a Leishmania sampling protocol for HILIC-orbitrap analysis (vol 398, pg 2059, 2010)
Ruben T'Kindt,Andris Jankevics,Richard A. Scheltema,Liang Zheng,David G. Watson,Jean-Claude Dujardin,Rainer Breitling,Graham H. Coombs,Saskia Decuypere +8 more
TL;DR: Erratum to: Towards an unbiased metabolic profiling of protozoan parasites: optimisation of a Leishmania sampling protocol for HILIC-orbitrap analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
A completely resolved phylogenetic tree of British spiders (Arachnida: Araneae)
TL;DR: In this paper, the first fully resolved phylogeny for the spider fauna of the British Isles is presented, which highlights parts of the group where data are still too limited for a confident assessment of relationships, and proposes a number of deviations from previously suggested phylogenetic hypotheses.
