TL;DR: The authors' data demonstrate that a wide range of DVH parameters in the intermediate and high beam path were all significantly higher in ORN patients, and represent reasonable DVH constraints for IMRT plan acceptability, when tumor coverage is not compromised.

TL;DR: Practices in surgical oncology had to change in response to resource limitations, triaging based on acuity, expected oncologic outcomes, availability of supportive resources, and safety of health care personnel.
Journal ArticleDOI
The multiple oral presentations of multiple myeloma
TL;DR: The varied oral presentations of multiple myeloma are shown, illustrating the importance of carefully surveying the oral cavity for suspicious lesions that could be indicative of palpable disease and/or recurrence, to avoid misdiagnosis and treatment delays.
Journal ArticleDOI
