Efficacy of anti-epidermal growth factor receptor agents in patients with RAS wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer ≥ 70 years
Demetris Papamichael,Guilherme S. Lopes,Curtis Olswold,Jean-Yves Douillard,Richard D. Adams,Tim Maughan,Eric Van Cutsem,Alan P. Venook,Heinz-Josef Lenz,Volker Heinemann,Richard Kaplan,Carsten Bokemeyer,Benoist Chibaudel,Axel Grothey,Takayuki Yoshino,John Zalcberg,Aimery de Gramont,Qian Shi +17 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the efficacy and safety of adding anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) agents to doublet chemotherapy (DC) in older patients was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cluster Complexes of Polythioether Macrocycles: The Synthesis and Molecular Structures of Ru6(CO)13(cis-SCH2 CHMe(CH2SCH2CHMe)2CH2)(μ6-C) and Ru6(CO)13(trans-SCH2 CHMe(CH2SCH2CHMe)2CH2)(μ6-C)
TL;DR: The reaction of a mixture of cis-3,7,11-trimethyl-1,5,9-trithiacyclododecane, cis-Me312S3, 1, with Ru6(CO)17(μ6-C), 3, yielded three new cluster compounds as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Multicenter transformations of the methyl ligand in CH3Os3Au carbonyl cluster complexes: Synthesis, characterization and DFT analyses ☆
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors showed that the Os3Au(CH3) cluster provides a robust platform to study multicenter C-H bond transformations and for C-C bond formation via methyl migration/CO insertion processes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Alkyne and CO Coupling Reactions with the Vinylidene Ligand in the Complex Mn2(CO)7[.mu.-.eta.2-C:CMe(CO2Et)]
TL;DR: In this article, the reaction of the vinylidene complex with CO (at 1000 psi) at 87[degree]C yielded the new compound (OC)[sub 4]Mn[(EtO[sub 2]C)MeC=CC=OC=OC =CMe(CO[Sub 2]-Et)] Mn (CO)[sub 8] (2) in 59% yield and Mn(sub 2) (3) in 72% yield.
Journal ArticleDOI
Facile nucleophilic addition of methyl ketone enolates to (.eta.5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)rhodium .eta.6-p-xylene dication
TL;DR: The facile nucleophilic addition of methyl ketone enolates of acetone, 2-butanone, and 2-pentanone to (η 5 -pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)rhodium η 6 -p-xylene dication was studied by using 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline as the base at 25°C to provide complexes 2-4, respectively as mentioned in this paper.
