A 60-GHz 16QAM/8PSK/QPSK/BPSK Direct-Conversion Transceiver for IEEE802.15.3c

TL;DR: This paper presents a 60-GHz direct-conversion transceiver using 60- GHz quadrature oscillators, which realizes IEEE802.15.3c full-rate wireless communication for all 16QAM/8PSK/QPSk/B PSK/BPSK modes, and the communication distances with the full data rate using 2.16-GHz bandwidth.
Proceedings Article

A 0.114-mW dual-conduction class-C CMOS VCO with 0.2-V power supply

TL;DR: In this paper, a dual-conduction class-C CMOS VCO for ultra-low supply voltages is proposed, where two cross-coupled NMOS pairs with different bias points are employed, which realize impulselike current waveform to improve the phase noise in low supply conditions.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

A 58–63.6GHz quadrature PLL frequency synthesizer in 65nm CMOS

TL;DR: In this article, a 60GHz quadrature PLL frequency synthesizer with a tuning range capable of covering the whole band specified by the IEEE 802.15.3c with exceptional phase noise is presented.
