Influence of Thermal Annealings in Argon on the Structural and Thermochromic Properties of \mathrm{MoO}_{3} Thin Films

TL;DR: The effect of thermal annealing in an inert atmosphere (argon) on the structural and thermochromic properties of thin films was investigated in this article, where the authors showed that the properties of these thin films increased with the temperature in the analyzed range.
Journal ArticleDOI

Atmospheric ethene concentrations in Mexico City: Indications of strong diurnal and seasonal dependences

TL;DR: In this article, the variation of the ethene content in atmospheric samples simultaneously collected in stainless-steel containers at three stations of the local government's air quality monitoring network in November 1999 and March 2000 was assessed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Chemical synthesis and optical, structural, and surface characterization of InP - In2O3 quantum dots

TL;DR: InP-In2O3 colloidal quantum dots synthesized by a single-step chemical method without injection of hot precursors (one-pot) were investigated and the effect of the tris(trimethylsilyl)phosphine, P(TMS)3, precursor concentration on the QDs properties was studied to effectively control the size and shape of the samples with a minimum size dispersion.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optical characterization of CdS semiconductor nanoparticles capped with starch

TL;DR: In this paper, the size of CdS quantum dots was measured using high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the average diameter (d )o f nanoparticles spanned the range 4.8 ± 0.4 nm when the pH of the solution was varied within the range 10-14.
