Effect of co-substitutions (Ca–Mn) on structural, electrical and magnetic characteristics of bismuth ferrite
TL;DR: In this article, the dielectric properties of polycrystalline samples of (Bi 1− x Ca x )(Fe 1−x Mn x )O 3 with x = 0, 0.05, 0., 0.10, and 0.15 µm fraction were prepared by synthesizing through initial mixing of precursors by high-energy ball milling, and subsequent thermal treatment of the milled powders.
Journal ArticleDOI
Magnetic ordering and conduction mechanism of different electroactive regions in Lu2NiMnO6
Sadhan Chanda,Sujoy Saha,Alo Dutta,J. Krishna Murthy,A. Venimadhav,Santiranjan Shannigrahi,T.P. Sinha +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetodielectric response of a double perovskite oxide Lu2NiMnO6 (LNMO) synthesized by the sol-gel process has been investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dielectric relaxation and electronic structure of BaAl1/2Nb1/2O3: x-ray photoemission and nuclear magnetic resonance studies
TL;DR: In this paper, the frequency-dependent dielectric relaxation in barium-aluminium-niobate (BAN) at low temperatures (103 −443 K) is investigated by alternating-current impedance spectroscopy in the framework of conductivity and electric modulus formalisms.

Thin film photovoltaic device
TL;DR: In this article, a thin-film photovoltaic (SFP) device was proposed, which has a substrate, a thin layer formed on the substrate and first and second electrodes formed on one side of the thin film layer.
