Carbon Nanotubes-Based Amperometric Cholesterol Biosensor Fabricated Through Layer-by-Layer Technique
TL;DR: In this article, a carbon nanotubes-based amperometric cholesterol biosensor has been fabricated through layer-by-layer deposition of a cationic polyelectrolyte (PDDA, poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)) and cholesterol oxidase (ChOx) on multi-walled MWNT-modified gold electrode, followed by electrochemical generation of a nonconducting poly(o-phenylenediamine) (PPD) film as the protective coating.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrochemical detection of l-cysteine using a boron-doped carbon nanotube-modified electrode
TL;DR: In this paper, a boron-doped carbon nanotube (BCNT)-modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode was constructed for the detection of l -cysteine (L-CySH).
Journal ArticleDOI
Development of a new atropine sulfate bulk acoustic wave sensor based on a molecularly imprinted electrosynthesized copolymer of aniline with o-phenylenediamine
TL;DR: In this article, a bulk acoustic wave (BAW) sensor based on this material was fabricated using electrochemical method, which exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity to the template, and a linear relationship between the frequency shift (−Δf) and logC was found from calibration curve in the range of 8.0×10−6−4.
Journal ArticleDOI
Polyamidoamine dendrimer and oleic acid-functionalized graphene as biocompatible and efficient gene delivery vectors.
Xiahui Liu,Dongmei Ma,Hao Tang,Liang Tan,Qingji Xie,Youyu Zhang,Ming Ma,Shouzhuo Yao,Shouzhuo Yao +8 more
TL;DR: The graphene-oleate-PAMAM hybrids show mammalian cell type- and dose-dependent in vitro cytotoxicity and biocompatibility and gene transfection capacity and exhibit relatively good dispersity and stability in aqueous solutions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon Detection by Electrochemiluminescence Generating Ag/TiO2 Nanotubes
TL;DR: Compounds which can not be oxidized by the excited TiO(2) (TiO( 2)(*+)), such as benzene, naphthalene (NAP), anthracene (ANT), and tris-2,3-dibrominepropyl isocyanurate (TBC) show little interference on the detection, whereas PAHs with more than four rings can be detected by the proposed method.
